Reservation, Payment, Refund and Cancellation Conditions

For reservation cancellations made up to 30 days from the date of prepayment to the villa entry date; The prepayment amount for the villa rental (as paid to the villa owner) is not refundable. Reservation cancellation notifications not notified to www.yazliktatilim.com in writing will not be valid.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, www.yazliktatilim.com will take certain percentages over the total prices of the services specified in the contract in order to cover the expenses incurred. Namely:

a) The deposit taken for the reservation is non-refundable.

Customer;

b) 35% of the total rental price in cancellations made up to the 30th day before the reservation,

e) In cancellations made between the 30th day before the reservation and the days of the reservation start, and in cases where the customer does not come, 100% of the rental price must be paid.

The costs to be incurred due to the refund of the fee are deducted from the amount to be refunded.

(This method has been used to protect the owners of the villas, since it is not possible to rent the villa again between the same dates in a very short time in case of cancellation of the reservation.)

If the reservation is canceled by the villa owner for any reason, the customer is notified as soon as possible. If the customer does not accept the equivalent villa offered to him in our portfolio and does not enter into force majeure, the money received is returned to the customer.

On our site; In villas where it is stated that the entire rental price must be paid 30 days before the reservation date, the entire rental price is collected from the customer and no fee is refunded in case of reservation cancellation.

If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, www.yazliktatilim.com reserves the right to cancel the said reservation, not to refund the paid fee, and to make another reservation for the same villa. Reservation cancellations can only be made by e-mail or registered mail. Oral cancellation is not possible. The cancellation process is valid as soon as the articles reach www.yazliktatilim.com.

Exceptional Circumstances

If the necessary documents are submitted to our company in cases such as war, threat of war, social turmoil, terrorist acts, natural disasters, health risks, epidemics (Covid-19, etc.) the payment is taken to be used in a different reservation and the transaction is made by deducting it from the total amount of the new reservation.

**The total amount of the new reservation to be made may vary depending on the selected facility or the dates of stay.

Damage Deposit

Depending on the characteristics of each villa/cottage, a different amount of damage deposit will be charged from the tenant. This amount of deposit will be written in the confirmation document sent to the tenant during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the tenant in cash on the day of entry to the villa/cottage, and in the control to be made before the tenant leaves the villa/cottage, the villa/cottage delivered intact and the fixtures of the villa/cottage are also damaged, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash. In case the tenant wishes to leave the villa/cottage earlier than specified in the contract or the villa/cottage exit control cannot be made due to the density, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the tenant. If the damage to the villa/cottage exceeds the deposit received, the tenant will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
