Our summer rental villa, whether you are planning a family, friends holiday or honeymoon, this magnificent villa is located in Kalkan Islamlar region. Our spacious villa with 2 bedrooms for 4 people offers the perfect getaway for you. This villa will be the most favorite villa choice for our conservative families as well as our honeymoon couples. The design of our villa is very stylish and at the same time, you will enjoy the heated pool, which will make you and your family feel special, and the jacuzzi pool. Our villa has a nature view for your pool terrace and you will enjoy the relaxation and holiday together with being in touch with nature.
Living Room : In the Living Room of our Villa, you can exit to the fireplace and pool terrace with a perfect seating group with stylish choices for your family, TV, satellite, internet and air conditioning in each room.
Kitchen : We have a large American kitchen for your family, air conditioning and a special dining table for large families, a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4 built-in cooker and water heater, as well as a toaster and toaster as small household appliances.
1. Bedroom: There is a bedroom for our double room, a wardrobe where you can fit your clothes together with our air conditioner that will cool you, a dresser for your dinners, a specially decorated make-up table, a nightstand, a bathroom and a sink.
2. Bedroom: There is air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and sink with 2 single bed options upon your request.
Pool Dimensions: It is 4 meters X 11 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.
Garden : The sheltered conservative swimming pool ensures that you and your family are comfortable, and there is a sun lounger where you can sunbathe and rest comfortably and a sun-protecting umbrella, a garden sitting group where you can spend time with your family, and a special corner for you to enjoy. Our special entertainment place for families with full children and small children is available for our little customers. The pool terrace of our villa is specially prepared for the barbecue party. In this way, you can make your barbecue fun and have a meal with your family with the unique view.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The cleaning is done before the villa is delivered to you clean and your cleaning works are done once a week while you are on vacation.
A short cleaning fee of 1,250 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Arya is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
