Our rental holiday villa has been put into service as of July 19, 2021. It is suitable for large families and is a suitable option for guests who want to relax in a quiet location intertwined with nature. Located in Kalkan Hacıoğlan, Villa Dr for rent with nature views is one of the most ideal options for our guests who want a comfortable holiday. We can say that our villa, which is suitable for large groups of friends and large families, will bring a new dimension to your holiday. There is also table football in the garden of our villa. Our villa, which offers a holiday opportunity in a private villa only for you, is a concept that will be appreciated by holidaymakers with its large garden, large pool, pavilion and jacuzzi, which is highly appreciated by large families and groups of friends. All of our villas in nature are insect, fly, butterfly, pests etc. is regularly medicated. This note is valid not only for this villa, but also for all our villas that are intertwined with nature.
In terms of its geographical structure, our villas in Kalkan and surrounding villages are generally located on the slopes. For this reason, it is necessary to go uphill when going to the villas or for sightseeing.
Kitchen: There are all kinds of tools you may need in the kitchen. In addition to many kitchen equipment such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, there are also dinnerware.
Living Room: In our hall, which has been carefully arranged to make you feel at home; Seating Group, Television, Dining Table etc. materials are available.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom toilet.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and shared bathroom toilet.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and shared bathroom toilet.
4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and shared bathroom toilet.
5. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and communal bathroom and toilet.
Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 deep.
NOTE : The bathroom of the room where the jacuzzi is located is its own, and there are 2 shared bathrooms/wc for the other bedrooms.
NOTE : There is no air conditioner in the room with 2 single beds, one of them has a fan and the other is shared with the living room air conditioner.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Dr is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. The entrance time to the Villa for our new guests is determined as 16:00.
