Villa Eftelya Our villa for rent with sea view, located in Kalkan Kızıltaş region, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Villa Eftelya is within walking distance to many places, allowing you to have a more enjoyable holiday. Our villa, which has a simple design, has a large pool terrace. It will be possible to enjoy the holiday with the sea view on the terrace. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Our villa team takes care of the pool and garden maintenance.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and all necessary tools and equipment are available.
Living Room: There is a seating group, dining table, TV, internet in the air-conditioned hall. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: It is 3.50 meters X 8 meters wide and 1.65 meters deep.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Eftelya is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
