Villa Lidya is located in the village of Kalkan Sarıbelen, among our rental villas with a view of nature covered with greenery. Our summer villa, which is decorated in a modern and comfortable way, has 2 bedrooms and provides accommodation for 4 people. In one of the bedrooms, there is a jacuzzi where you can relieve the tiredness of the whole year. In our villa, where every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, a table football is available so that you can spend pleasant moments. Conservative families, honeymooners and nuclear families can easily choose our rental villa, whose pool and pool terrace have been made sheltered. 1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet are for common use.
Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 6 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
A short cleaning fee of 2000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lidya is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
