Villa Loçka is a 2 bedroom 5 person holiday villa located in the Hacıoğlan neighborhood of Kalkan. You can have a pleasant time in our holiday villa designed for our honeymoon couples or nuclear families who are planning a holiday away from the noise of the city and foreign eyes. It is a quality villa with tasteful design and comfortable furniture. With its large garden, private pool and children's playground, our villa provides a better and better holiday than the dream. For larger families and groups of friends, the twin villa Villa Loçka offers rental together based on calendar availability.
Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. basic needs are available.
Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. Access to the pool terrace is possible.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table.
Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Loçka is 2,500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
