Villa Manastır, located in the İkizce district of Kaş / Kalkan, offers a conservative holiday option with its sheltered pool area in nature. Our 2-bedroom villa, which is quiet, out of sight, in the unique beauty of nature due to its location, is designed to accommodate 4 people.
Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.
Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. Access to the pool terrace is possible.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.
Pool Dimensions: It is 4 meters X 10 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.
Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs, barbecue on the pool terrace.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Monastery is 1.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
