Our villa, where every detail is considered for your holiday with its modern interior and exterior architecture, is a complete family villa. With Villa Manolya, which is located in a quiet location, you can relieve all the tiredness and stress of the year with your family. It is approximately 1.2 km from the center of Kalkan and to the sea, which offers you a holiday opportunity in a private villa.
Kitchen : The large American kitchen of our villa will make you feel like the kitchen of your own home. In addition, in the kitchen there are air conditioners, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, kettles, ovens, 4 cookers, a large dining table, pans, pots, etc. There is the opportunity to use kitchen tools.
Living Room: A stylish seating group and a spacious living room with air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite, iron, ironing board, armchair, coffee table will be waiting for you in Villa Manolya's lounge. There is an exit to the pool terrace. Our living room has pool and sea view.

Garden : There is a private swimming pool in the garden of our villa, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, a sun terrace, a table for 6 people, a sitting group, a barbecue for your barbecue, a sun umbrella.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The cleaning is done before the villa is delivered to you clean and your cleaning works are done once a week while you are on vacation. Thus, you do not have to deal with cleaning while you enjoy your holiday. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases and many other services are taken care of by our staff responsible for the cleaning of your villa, subject to a fee. In our villas, which have a great location in nature, medicines are made regularly and the possibility of your holiday to be interrupted by insects is minimized, but we cannot guarantee you 100% insect-freeness because our villas are located in nature and such situations can happen.
General Notes: Our villas in our region (Kalkan and surrounding villages), which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, are generally built on a slope. For this reason, it is uphill to go to our villas. This note is not just about this villa. It is written in all our villas.
Not : Our villas, which are sold in pounds, will be sold at the current exchange rate. The remaining payment after the prepayment will be processed by calculating the exchange rate on the day of entry...
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Manolya is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. The entrance time to the Villa for our new guests has been determined as 16:00.
