Villa Optimum is located in Kalkan Ortaalan area. Each bedroom of our villa has a magnificent sea view, with panoramic sea and nature views. Our villa with a total of five bedrooms can accommodate 10 people. Villa Optimum draws attention with its close distance to Kalkan Center and the sea.
Kitchen : Fridge, dishwasher, built-in oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, dinnerware for 12 people, pan set, pots, cutlery in the modern American kitchen , beer, wine etc. glasses. There is an exit to the pool.
Living Room : It has sea view. It has a terrace type balcony and an exit to the poolside. Pool: 9.5 meters X 4.5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
Note: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Optimum is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
