It is a luxury rental villa with an accommodation capacity of 8 people, located in Kalkan Kalamar Bay. Each bedroom of the villa has an en-suite bathroom. Home to the unique sunset views of Kalkan, the villa has a view from all bedrooms. There is also a private pool and a children's pool on the large terrace. The garden terrace of the villa, designed for large families and groups of friends, also creates comfortable living spaces.
Kitchen: The modern American kitchen, furnished with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.
Living Room: The living room on the pool floor, which has been carefully designed for your comfort, has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, child bed, child seat and washbasin. On the top floor there is an observation deck for relaxing and sunbathing.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer and balcony. The room has a bathroom and toilet.
Pool Dimensions: It is 4 meters X 12 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.
Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Panorama is 2.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.
