Kas is located in Çukurbağ region. It has 3 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa appeals to conservative families. The garden and the pool terrace are not visible from the outside. It is an ideal choice for large family and friend groups. Our villa is 8 km from the center.
Kitchen: Fridge, toaster, coffee machine, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, 6 people in a modern designed kitchen dinnerware etc. Kitchen utensils are available.
Living Room : The living room, which has been designed comfortably, has facilities such as TV, air conditioning and coffee table. There is also an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom.
3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom.
Pool Dimensions: It is 3.50 meters X 7.50 meters wide and 1.55 meters wide.
Note: There is a cleaning fee of 2000 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Talia is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
