It is located in Kızıltaş area of Kalkan town of Antalya, which is a world famous holiday resort. There is a private garden and a sheltered private pool in the villa and it has a fascinating sea view. It offers a calm and serene holiday in nature away from the noise and chaos of the city. Villa Beyaz includes all home decoration items and is in the comfort of a five-star hotel. Our master suite room has a round bed and an indoor pool with a heated jacuzzi.
Kitchen : It is a modern American kitchen with sea view. There is a water dispenser, dishwasher, cutlery, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle, toaster, pan and pot set, dinner set for 10 people and a dining table. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.
Living Room: Villa lounge is air conditioned and has sea view. In the elegantly decorated living room, there is a vacuum cleaner, a modern sofa set, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD Player, iron and ironing board and a sink. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.
1. Bedroom: Suite room, 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, hair dryer, bathroom and exit per pool.
2. Bedroom: Master Suite room, 1 double round bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi heated indoor pool, hair dryer and balcony with sea view.
3. Bedroom: Suite room, 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom, hair dryer and balcony with sea view.
4. Bedroom: Suite room has 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom, hair dryer.
5. Bedroom: Suite room, 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom, hair dryer.
Garden: The maintenance and cleaning of the garden and pool of the villa with a private garden is done by the staff once a day. The garden has a barbecue, dining table and chairs, parasol, pool and sun loungers.
Pool Dimensions: It is 12.30 meters X 3.70 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep. Internal pool dimensions: 4 meters X 2 meters wide and 1 meter deep.
Note: The outdoor pool in our villa is not operational as of November 15th.
Note: The indoor pool in our villa is heated for GBP 30 per day from October 1 to May 15. The maximum temperature of the pool is 30 degrees.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1,500 ₺ is required for rentals of less than 7 nights in our villa.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa White Duo is 2.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning.
