Our villa is a new villa with modern design, opened to tourism in the 2019 season. Our villa is located 5 minutes from the center of Kalkan by car. The pool and garden of our villa with sea view are sheltered and not visible from the outside. Villa Yağmur is especially suitable for conservative families and young honeymooners. In our villa, the sauna has also been designed and designed so that you can have a pleasant holiday. We recommend Villa Yağmur to holiday lovers who plan a holiday in a magnificent villa with their loved ones. There are also Villa Sirena and Villa Betül located near our villa. It is suitable for families who want to rent separate villas together in close proximity.
Kitchen: Modern American Kitchen, dining table for six, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses are available. . There is an exit per pool.
Living Room: There is a sitting group, television, satellite receiver, coffee table, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is an exit to the pool terrace.
1. Bedroom: It is a suite bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioner, jacuzzi, indoor pool, bathroom and toilet.
2.Bedroom: The suite is the teenage bedroom. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
Pool Dimensions:
External Pool Dimensions: It is 12 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 5 meters X 3 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep. Our indoor pool serves as a maximum of 28 degrees Celsius due to hygienic conditions. Pool heating fee is opened for 250 TL per day.
Garden: There are sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, shower, garden furniture, table and chairs. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Yağmur is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning.
