Villa Yaz 5 is located in Kalkan Bezirgan. Prepared with very modern touches and put into service in 2021, Villa Yaz 5 has two bedrooms and can accommodate a total of four people. Thanks to its sections such as pool terrace and jacuzzi, a very pleasant holiday experience awaits you.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, tea machine, coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. equipments are available.
Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, dining table.
1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
Pool Dimensions: It is 5.50 meters X 5.50 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.
Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, dining table, barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning.
NOTE: The last 100 meters of the route is a stabilized, dirt road.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Summer 5 is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning.
