Villa Sedef is located in Kalkan Sarıbelen and was carefully built in 2020 and offered to rent for 12 months. Villa Sedef, whose pool terrace is completely sheltered, provides a pleasant holiday opportunity in winter with its indoor and heated pool. Ideal for conservative families and honeymooners, our villa has a capacity of 4 people and is equipped with special details such as sauna and jacuzzi. There are also 2 barbecues, table tennis and playground in the garden. Vegetables and fruits grown in the hobby garden allow you to prepare delicious meals. Villa Sedef awaits you for a peaceful holiday.
Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group, air conditioning, satellite receiver, television, internet and an exit to the pool terrace.
Kitchen: American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), toaster, dining table, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. Kitchen utensils are available.
Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, heated pool, jacuzzi, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom-wc.
Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom-wc.
Pool Information: It is 8 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.
Note: The daily fee for the heated pool is 500 TL.
NOTE: The minimum rental period in the summer season is 4 nights. An extra 800 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals of less than 5 nights.
Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Sedef is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.
